The terms that apply to orders placed with Chocolaterie Hermes BV.
Orders
You order through our order form, by email or by phone. An order is binding once we confirm it in writing. Prices exclude VAT and delivery unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing or availability error.
Artisan production
Personalised pralines are made by craft methods. Pieces that don’t pass our quality control are not delivered; we only invoice what is actually delivered.
Delivery
Delivery terms and lead times are agreed per order.
Complaints
Complaints about an order can be sent to info@chocolaterie-hermes.be. We aim to respond to every complaint within 5 working days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law.
