Can I order online?
Corporate gifts can be ordered online through the order form on our Corporate gifts page. For everything else — private label, export or a tailored proposal — call or email us.
Can you make pralines with our logo?
Yes. We print your logo in colour on the praline, and you choose the chocolate and filling. We also make custom figures, tablets and gift boxes.
Can private customers buy your products too?
Yes, they are available in several bakeries and chocolate shops, and in a shop in Ronse that carries the full range: Hermes Chocolatier, Franklin Rooseveltplein 31, 9600 Ronse. Open Tuesday to Friday 9:30–12:30 and 13:30–18:00, and Saturday 9:30–18:00.
Do you make private label for my brand?
Yes — for bakeries, chocolatiers, breweries, specialty stores, department stores and luxury retailers. We help turn your idea into a feasible product, from shape and flavour to packaging.
Do you have an offer for clubs and non-profits?
Yes. Non-profits, sports clubs, youth movements and schools can buy our chocolate in bulk at a special price to raise funds, for example with Easter eggs. Call or email us for the options.
Do you export?
Yes, we look for worldwide solutions together with our clients. Get in touch to discuss your market.
Can I visit the workshop?
Yes, for groups and team-building days of 10 people or more, on request. See our Visit our workshop page.
How long do the pralines stay fresh?
Our fillings are freshly made. Shelf life depends on the praline; we state it with every delivery.
